Terms of Service
Last updated: November 6, 2026
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your use of Rindma's websites, application, and related services (the "Service"), operated by M2DT Consulting, Bosnia and Herzegovina ("we", "us", or "our").
Legal operator: "M2DT CONSULTING", Klisa - Osmanagići bb, 77220 Cazin, Bosnia and Herzegovina. JIB (tax identification number): 4364585690003. PDV (VAT identification number): 364585690003. Contact: info@rindma.com.
By accepting these Terms when creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to them. If acting for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must have the legal capacity and authority necessary to enter this agreement.
2. The Service
Rindma supports product planning and engineering collaboration through workspaces, Spaces, Thinking pages, Tasks, milestones, Updates, attachments, notifications, Private Notes, authorized Agent access over MCP, and integrations such as GitHub. Available features and limits depend on the plan and configuration shown in the product.
We may improve or change the Service. For material changes that adversely affect paid access, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable and any remedies required by applicable law.
4. Plans and payment
Free and Pro plans have the features and allowances described in the product and at checkout. Limits may prevent further actions when capacity is exhausted. Do not circumvent plan enforcement.
Unless your checkout or a separate written agreement states otherwise, Pro is billed per workspace at USD $12 per month for four members, including the owner, plus USD $4 per additional member. Applicable taxes and the purchase total are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions are charged at checkout and renew automatically each month until canceled. Members added during a paid cycle are first charged at the next renewal, without a partial-month or catch-up charge. Pending invitations are not billed. The billing screen shows the recurring amount for current members.
Purchases through Paddle checkout are sold by Paddle as merchant of record. Your transaction with Paddle is governed by its Buyer Terms. These Rindma Terms govern the Service supplied by M2DT Consulting. Paddle's transaction terms govern the purchase relationship with Paddle; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
You may manage available billing details through Settings → Billing or the Paddle customer portal. We will communicate any change to recurring prices before it takes effect and provide an opportunity to cancel before the changed price is charged, as required by applicable law.
5. Cancellation, payment failures, and refunds
The workspace owner may cancel future renewals through Settings → Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues through that period. After paid access expires, the workspace and its Spaces are locked. Private Notes remain available independently of that workspace subscription.
Payment failures or an inactive subscription may also result in workspace locking. Follow the instructions in Billing to update payment information or restore the subscription. Locking does not itself delete workspace content.
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself issue a refund. Refund requests and any applicable withdrawal rights for Paddle purchases are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law. For purchase support or a refund request, visit Paddle buyer support or contact info@rindma.com. Nothing in these Terms excludes a mandatory refund or other statutory remedy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; gain unauthorized access; evade permissions or plan restrictions; disrupt the Service; expose credentials without authorization; or upload or process information you lack authority to use.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, a material breach, a security threat, or a legal requirement. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
7. Your content and personal information
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display it as necessary to provide and secure the Service and carry out authorized instructions. This does not transfer ownership or authorize training general-purpose public AI models on workspace content.
You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis needed to submit and share content, including personal information about other people. Where we process personal information on your organization's behalf, the applicable data processing agreement governs that processing.
Private Notes use server-side encryption with service-managed keys; they are not end-to-end encrypted. Privacy, retention, and request procedures are explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Our intellectual property
M2DT Consulting and its licensors retain rights in the Service's software, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, you may access and use the Service for its intended purposes. No other ownership rights are transferred.
9. Availability and responsibility
We use reasonable efforts to operate the Service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that Agent or integration output will be accurate or suitable for every purpose. You should review outputs before relying on them and maintain copies of important information where appropriate.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those expressly provided in these Terms or required by law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, arising from this agreement. M2DT Consulting's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid for the affected Service in the preceding 12 months, or USD $100 if no fees were paid.
These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights.
11. Termination and content after closure
You may stop using the Service and request account closure through support@rindma.com. Cancel paid renewals separately through Billing or Paddle; stopping use alone does not cancel them.
We may terminate access for a material breach, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service, subject to applicable notice and remedy requirements. Where practicable and lawful, we will provide an opportunity to retrieve content before discontinuing paid service.
Account closure, workspace deletion, subscription cancellation, and workspace locking are distinct actions. Content retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and applicable processing agreement. Rights and obligations that by their nature survive termination remain effective.
Account deletion immediately and permanently removes the account's associated data and cannot be undone. Retrieve any information you need before requesting deletion.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and your agreement with M2DT Consulting are governed by the applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or provides otherwise.
This choice does not deprive consumers of protections or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Purchases from Paddle remain subject to the separate governing-law and dispute provisions in Paddle's Buyer Terms.
For questions or to seek an informal resolution, contact info@rindma.com.
13. Changes to these Terms
We will publish the revised Terms with an effective date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes where required. Where applicable law requires agreement to a change, we will obtain it. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and cancel future renewals, without affecting any mandatory rights or remedies.
